Full payment is required upon registration.

Payment is non refundable, however it is transferable to other scheduled lessons or transferable to other friends or family. Any changes more than 72 hours prior to the start of your lesson and made via email to lessonstours@comoxvalleykayaks.com

Payment will not be redeemed if participants fail to attend with no advanced notice.

Comox Valley Kayaks and Canoes reserves the right to cancel lessons due to inclement weather, foreseeable hazards and events beyond our control. We will provide as much notice as possible, alternative dates and times or a full refund will be offered. We’re trained for safety which sometimes means making mature decisions we wish we didn’t have to. On the bright side, it means we will all live to paddle another day!
Tours

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your tour and allow us to begin planning your adventure.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the start of your tour are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.

Comox Valley Kayaks and Canoes reserves the right to cancel tours or rentals due to high winds, unsafe conditions, or other events beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative dates or times when available, or a full refund. Safety is always our top priority—even when it means making difficult decisions—so that we can all enjoy many more days on the water.
